Creation of the prototype, molding, and printing of the resin parts

Preparation, sanding

Passing one or more coats of primer, sanding

Bodybuilder paint, multiple coats

Drawing of decals, printing on high-end laser printer

Cutting, placement of decals

Bodybuilder protective varnish, several coats

Interior painting respecting the colors

Cutting glasses and fitting different materials (for open bowls and helmets only)

Creation of visors, with one to three materials, cutting

Installation of the visors (flip-up)

Display case, on black velvet square

Identification of the Driver, year and possibly race.

Careful packaging, dispatch

And here is your helmet is ready to arrive at your home in your window!
