These General Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions”) are concluded between JF Créations and any natural or legal person (“the User”) wishing to make a purchase on the Website.

JF Créations and the User are hereinafter referred to together as the “Parties”.

The Parties agree that these General Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. JF Créations reserves the right to modify the General Conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online.

If a condition of sale were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in France.

JF Créations undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to distance selling.

Object

These General Conditions aim to define the terms of sale between JF Créations and the User, from the ordering to after-sales services, including payment and delivery.

Products

The products governed by these General Conditions are those appearing on the Website and which are indicated as sold by JF Créations and shipped by JF Créations or on its behalf (the “Products”).

The Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order.

2 - Placing and validation of the order

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will occur within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below (right of withdrawal and exchange).

JF Créations will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is validated by the User by sending an email.

In the event of temporary or total unavailability of a Product ordered, the User will be informed by email. The User may then, if he so wishes, be delivered a product at the price equivalent to that ordered. Otherwise it will be refunded the price of the product ordered.

4 - Signature and Proof

Shipping and Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the User during the ordering process.

Withdrawal and exchange

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the User has a period of seven (7) working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him, in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for immediate remarketing, and request an exchange or refund at no cost except for return costs, which remain the responsibility of the User.

Return of goods

Returns are not accepted by JF Créations. We are committed to providing the customer with quality items, the description of which is made as accurately as possible in the detail of each product. There can be no complaints about the quantity and quality of the items, which are also checked several times before packaging. All items are carefully packaged and protected, in a bubble envelope or shock-resistant rigid cardboard box, for Colissimo. The delivery time depends on the routing of your purchases by La Poste, 2 days for colissimo and 2 to 5 days for letter shipments (in mainland France). We are not responsible in the event of loss, theft or theft of items sent, no claim will be accepted for "simple" or "untracked" letter shipments.

Guarantee
